Kelby Joins Virden Oil Capitals

The Virden oil capitals are pleased to announce that Kelby Dwyer has been hired for the 2021 / 2022 hockey season. She will be vast on the social media and help with game day activities.

Head Coach Tyson Ramsey had this to say.

“We are very excited to add Kelby to our organization. She is a very hard working and outgoing young lady who has a good knowledge of our community and our hockey club. Kelby is certainly a very welcome addition, and we are thrilled that she chose to become a member of our team here! We feel very fortunate, and we are excited to work with her!”

Kelby comes from Fort La Bosse School Division where she has worked since graduating from Virden Colligate Institute in 2013. Majority of her time with Fort La Bosse was working at Goulter School where she loved working with children and enjoyed each day as new challenges arose.

Kelby grew up in our neighboring town of Oak Lake, MB. Recently, she has made the move to Virden with her small family, Tanner, and their dog Buddy. Kelby has always enjoyed sporting events whether she was participating in them or cheering on friends and family.

“I love a good challenge and am super excited to get started on this new adventure!” said Kelby.
