The Oil Caps are proud to announce that they have signed Southwest Cougars forward Dawson Andries (2005) to a Letter of Intent for the 2023-2024 season.
Andries currently leads the Cougars in scoring with 11 goals and 15 assists for 26 points in only 24 games. He is a big, strong, forward that can play physical and contribute offensively.
GM and Head Coach Tyson Ramsey is excited to add Andries to the club for next season, “Dawson is a really unique player that brings many things to the teams he has played on”, said Ramsey. “He is a big power forward type player that can impose himself on the opposition and be very hard to play against. Then you add his ability to create offence and score goals and you get a pretty effective player. We are very excited to add Andries to our club for next season and we would like to welcome Dawson and his family to the Oil Caps.”
