The Virden Oil Capitals have signed 2003 forward Grayson Chell from Onion Lake, SK. Chell suited up for the Summerland Steam in the KIJHL this past season and in 38 games he scored 24 goals and added 15 assists for 34 points.
“We were looking to add an older guy that has some junior experience. Grayson fits that description and we also like that he has shown an ability to create offence at the junior level. He is a guy that can play more than one style of game and we are excited to add him to our roster for next season,” said GM and Head Coach Tyson Ramsey.
