Virden, MB- The next player in the Meet the Oil Capitals Series is a 17-year-old from Beausejour, Manitoba #29 Kolten Kanaski. Last season Kanaski played in 44 games for the Eastman Selects, registering 49 points (30G, 19A) and had 78 PIMS. He also played in one game for the Virden Oil Capitals. This year he has played in 28 games for the Caps, registering 4 points (4G) and 27 PIMS. 

Kanaski grew up playing in the Beausejour Brokenhead Minor Hockey Association.  Lists breaking records last year and only losing one game as his career highlights. If he could go to dinner with any three other people in the world he would go with Darryl Sittler, Mats Sundin and Tie Doi. Kanaski aspires to be a lawyer.
