Virden, MB – The Virden Oil Capitals have acquired 19-year old Dylan Cusmano from the Dryden Ice Dogs of the SIJHL for future considerations.
Cusmano played in 39 games in his rookie season with Dryden in 14/15 scoring 10 goals and adding 11 assists.
In 13 playoff games including 3 at the Dudley Hewitt Cup, the Abbottsford, BC product chipped in with 3 goals and 5 points.
“Dylan will provide us with some character and grit up front” said GM & Head Coach Troy Leslie.
“He is a team first kind of guy, who plays a hard 200-foot game.”
Cusmano will arrive in town prior to training camp with opens on Friday August 28th at Tundra Oil & Gas Place.
