The Oil Capitals organization is proud to announce that we have auto protected forward Bryce Bryant (2006) ahead of the 2022 MJHL Draft.
Bryant played minor hockey in his hometown of Virden, MB before graduating to the U15 Yellowhead Chiefs in 2019-2020. He spent 2 seasons with the Chiefs before moving on to the U16 Rink Hockey Academy Nationals for the 2021-2022 season. In 36 games with the Nationals he scored 10 times and added 12 assists for 22 points in the very competitive Canadian Sports School Hockey League.
GM and Head Coach Tyson Ramsey was very excited to make the announcement this afternoon, “We are very very excited and proud to officially welcome Bryce and his family to the Oil Caps organization”, said Ramsey. “In Bryce we get a highly skilled, highly intelligent player who is a great skater and competes hard. He is not only a great player but a great person and he will be a great Oil Cap. We are very much looking forward to getting Bryce on the ice in camp this fall and we know that he is going to be an elite player in our league.”
