Virden, MB – Join us on Friday December 4th when the Steinbach Pistons come to town for the TSL Teddy Bear Toss and help us celebrate Digger’s Birthday!
Fans are encouraged to bring a stuffed toy to the game, and toss it onto the ice following the Oil Caps first goal!
All the toys will be collected and donated to the Virden & Area Christmas Cheer Hampers!
Meanwhile, everyone’s favourite Gopher turns another year older on Friday and has invited all of his friends to the game!
Joining Digger at the game will be local favourites, Cooper the Bear and Sparky the Fire Dog, along with Caccey the ACC College Cougars mascot and our extra special guest… BUZZ from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers!!
Kids can join Digger and his Pals, pre-game in the lobby for FREE birthday cake and pictures!
Then be sure to cheer on Digger and his friends as they take part in the Mascot Soccer Game at centre ice during the first intermission!
Doors open at 6:30 and the game is proudly presented by TSL Industries!
