Thiessen named MNP Oil Caps player of the month for February

Dylan Thiessen is the Meyers Norris Penny Oil Caps player of the month for February.

The 20-year-old forward had four goals and five assists in 10 games in the month of February.

“Dylan has played his best hockey of the year over the last month of the season,” said Jamie Hodson, director of business and hockey operations for the Oil Caps. “Dylan is used and is counted on in all situations and is a dependable guy for our team. A 200-foot player who takes care of both sides of the puck. Although Dylan was the nominee, we had many great guys who had a good month and this months award was not an easy decision.”

Congrats Dylan!
