Kirklan Lycar kicked off the new year in a huge way: being named the Recycle Everywhere MJHL Player of the Week ending January 1.
Lycar, 19, exploded for six points (1-5) in one game played. The native of Elma, MB was named the game’s first star.
The runners up are 20 year old forward Reigan Buchanan of the Neepawa Natives and 18 year old forward Ty Enns of the Portage Terriers.
