Oil Caps forward Kirklan Lycar was named a runner-up to the MJHL Recycle Everywhere player of the week award.
Lycar currently has four goals and five assists for nine points in nine playoff games during the playoffs.
Winnipeg Blues goaltender Jeremy Link was the other runner-up to the award, while Steinbach Pistons netminder Matthew Thiessen ended up as the winner.
