OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES AND CONDITIONS: (Virden Oil Capitals #5638)
Executive, directors, family and volunteers of Virden Hockey Ventures Inc are allowed to
purchase tickets for the draw.
Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.
Sales will begin March 1, 2021 and end at 5:00 pm April 24, 2021 with the Grand Prize draw
being made at 5:00 pm April 24, 2021. The Grand Prize is guaranteed a minimum of $25,000
payout.
The first draw for a Camping & Outdoor Recreation Package (valued at $400) will take place on
March 13, 2021 at 5:00pm. Entries for this draw include all tickets sold up to March 13, 2021.
The second draw for an Ag Parts/Equipment Rental/Tools Package (valued at $400) will take
place on March 27, 2021 at 5:00pm. Entries for this draw will include all tickets sold up to March
27, 2021.
The third draw for a Virden Oil Capitals Game Worn Jersey and Apparel (valued at $400) will
take place on April 10, 2021 at 5:00pm. Entries for this draw will include all tickets sold up to
April 10, 2021
Grand Prize Jackpot Winner will receive 50% of the Total Raffle Sales with a guaranteed
minimum payout of $25,000. Draw will be made at 5:00pm April 24, 2021.
All draws will take place at the Virden Oil Capitals Office located at Tundra Oil & Gas Place, 900
Fifth Ave S, Virden, MB. The winning tickets will be drawn electronically by a random number
generator.
The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification to
claim the prize. A scan of a valid provincial or federal photo identification card (i.e., driver’s
license, firearm possession permit, passport, etc.) is acceptable.
The winner will be contacted by phone per the information they submitted at time of purchase.
The winning ticket number will also be posted online at https://www.oilcapshockey.com
In the event the selected winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of the draw the
selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with any rights to the prize and another
entry will be selected from the remaining eligible ballots.
All cash prizes will be awarded to the Winner via cheque. All prizes will be awarded within 14
days of a prize being claimed. A list of winners’ names, winning numbers and prizes won, along
with the draw date, licensee name and license number will be published within 10 days of the
final draw.
