Virden Oil Capitals Foundation – Fort La Bosse Scholarship

Criteria: This scholarship is open to all Fort La Bosse graduating students.
Award: $1000.00
The deserving recipient for the Virden Oil Capitals Foundation – Cole Hamblin Memorial Scholarship, will be a graduating student, who will be continuing their education at an accredited post-secondary institution.
Applicants must demonstrate: dedication and commitment to athletics; have a passion for sport, and show genuine care and support for teammates during their high school years.
She or he, must demonstrate strong morals and ethics; an overall respect for their teammates, officials and opponents.
The applicant must complete a 350-500 word essay that illustrates the characteristics mentioned in the scholarship criteria, and why they deserve this award.
Successful applicant will receive the awarded funds after proof of post-secondary acceptance has been confirmed.
