Kanaski Named Cole Hamblin Playoff MVP for the 2018-2019 Season

This prestigious award is named after former Oil Cap player Cole Hamblin from St Adolphe, Manitoba who in 2014 lost a battle with cancer at the young age of 21.  It is presented annually to the Oil Cap player deemed to be the MVP of the previous season’s playoffs. This player led the Oil Caps in scoring putting up 8 goals and 5 assists for 13 points in 10 games in the 2019 playoffs.  He was a key contributor in helping the Oil Caps to another semi-final appearance. The Oil Caps organization is proud to present the Cole Hamblin playoff MVP award to the captain #29 Kolten Kanaski.
