Virden, MB – The Virden Oil Capitals are proud to announce their leadership group for the 2022-23 hockey season!
2002 born forward Brody Wilson will wear the ‘C’ for the Virden Oil Capitals while 2002 born defenceman Bray Rookes, 2002 born forward Colten Miller and 2003 born defenceman David Bielik will be the assistant captains.
Wilson, from Birtle, MB is entering his second season with the Caps after joining the organization in January last season. Wilson played in 21 regular season games and 10 playoff games putting up a total of 8 points.
20-year-old Rookes, from Manson, MB is going into his fourth season with the Virden Oil Capitals and has played 119 games.
20-year-old Miller, from Killarney, MB is entering into his 3rd year as a Virden Oil Capital and has played in 43 regular season games and 9 playoff games earning a total of 18 points.
19-year-old Bielik from Winnipeg, MB is heading into his second year in the MJHL as a Virden Oil Cap and has played in 52 regular season games and 10 playoff games.
