The MJHL IBAM rookie of the month for March is defenceman Justin Lee 
of the Virden Oil Capitals.
Lee, 17, has displayed the poise of a seasoned veteran in helping the Oil Capitals to their first-ever MJHL championship final. Recently, the native of Waskada committed to the University of Denver Pioneers Division 1 men’s hockey team (NCAA).
The runners up are 17-year-old defenceman Nick Cicek of the Winnipeg Blues and 18-year-old forward Austin Heidemann of the Steinbach Pistons.
