Oil Caps Secure a Big Win vs the First Place Pistons

The Oil Caps win a big game vs the first place Pistons! The game started with an early power play goal by Virden to put then up 1-0. Steinbach tied the game just over 3 minutes later. The second period was busy with an early Oil Caps goal giving them back the lead with a 2-1 score. About halfway through the period Virden scored 2 quick power play goals to give them the 4-1 lead. After a penalty filled second and third period the final score ended up staying at 4-1 for the Oil Capitals.

The rest of the second and third period saw many fights and penalties but ultimately the final score saw the Oil Capitals take the game with a final score of 4-1.
