After a season in which the Oil Capitals went to the MJHL final, they are excited to announce they will kick off the 2018-2019 preseason schedule on Tuesday, September 4th at Stride Place in Portage against the Terriers.
This will begin a preseason schedule of 6 games for the Oil Caps before they begin the 2018-2019 regular season schedule on Saturday, September 22nd at Credit Union Place in Dauphin against the Kings. Those same Dauphin Kings will return to Tundra Oil and Gas Place for the Oil Capitals home opener on Sunday, September 23 at 7:30 pm.
The Oil Capitals preseason schedule also coincides with their 2018 Annual Golf Classic held on Sunday, September 16th at Virden Wellview Golf Course with tee off scheduled for 11:00 am.
