The Oil Caps traded 1998 born defenceman, Connor Keith to Fort Frances for future considerations.

Keith is an 18-year-old from Kenora, Ontario, he played four games with the Oil Capitals this year. Last year he played for the Kenora Thistles Midget AAA team and registered 15 points (2 goals & 13 assists) in 44 games played.
